The One !!!

There is something missing in me.
Something that's important, maybe the most important to me.
Something that would add meaning, a reason to my being .
The thing that would give me sleepless nights and yet make me feel content about myself.

Every day, every moment of my life I'm in search of that One thing, even when I don't know what it could be!
Is it love? Is it fun? Is it going to the extreme to feel the adrenaline rush..? Is it companionship..? Is it the need... the craving for appreciation? ... Is it solitude... ? I don't know! I have no clue...
I'm just waiting ...searching for my awakening.
I'm walking with my hands stretched out, as if in the dark. Careful of my each step, stopping... feeling each thing I touch on my way... Making a mind map as my fingers tread the maze.

The Letter.....

Yet again tears rolled down her cheeks. Yet again she made a quick attempt to wipe them away, for the fear of someone noticing. It’s been a busy day, like many other days, home chores had kept her busy and office work had made her irritated. Enough was enough she thought and had glanced at her thoughts. There it was, hidden below many paper works, the letter… the only letter….

Neatly scribed in bold letters, were words of love from a heart she had bruised many a times. After so many years too, it showed the depth of his love, the sincere tone of simple words which captured one’s soul in a web of emotions.

It had left her spellbound and speechless the first time she had met him. A feeling never before experienced, an emotion never before aroused. She had sat staring into the darkness of the

night for an unknown length of time, as if searching for an answer to unanswerable questions.

It was obvious and she had seen it coming, she had even warned him against it and thought it would stay within limits. But as time and wind, it had soared up high, into the heights of her heart. A single moment of pleasure had touched her deepest end and left her changed forever.

Now after many days and months, life has changed from what was only the two of them. There are distances to be conquered, differences to be settled, needs to be met, cravings to be satisfied …on goes the list of unending demands, demands which are unavoidable and most essential for the survival of a relationship.

But amongst all this when she tripped and fell innumerable times, he didn’t let go. He stayed unlike many others who didn’t have the patience once she didn’t comply to their demands!

For all the love he showered on her, for all of the attention she received. For all those moments that he made her feel worth living… their love remains…and will remain forever!

The flame of the forest.....

My heart is racing but I'm not able to point out the reason. It's as if I'm overwhelmed!

Past few days have been most eventful... I've been one with the nature.. And it has filled into every cell of mine.... The wind, the trees, the birds, the animals, the people and their innocent smiles... All have filled a sense of peace within me... They Blew out the dust and made my mind clear.. . and then came the inspiration storm. .

First was Dr sudarsan... The founder of the resort we stayed.. The person who built schools hospital and other facilities for the tribal people of the vicinity.... Soligas is what they are called and now they are blessed with good education because of this great man..

Then we went walking... And by some unknown destiny a true veteran walks with us.. His simple ways never gave off the shine of the hidden gem he was... Until we got talking.... Mr Suresh kamath..... A true inspirer... His thoughts and journey would not fail to motivate even the shrewdest ones.... Talks went on about how he started his own company and started software designing lessons for differently abled people... He created jobs for millions of such people and was recognized for his contribution to society by the president of India....

Truly inspiring souls who makes you rethink about life and it's purpose. Each of us reach a point of saturation when our career suddenly stops being motivating. Then starts the search for the actual purpose of our being. But then it doesn't pose an easy path... How do one know what to do... Where do one start... When and how does one get the calling!

All questions are unanswered but yet I feel content.. Hoping that the spark has been lit.... And that it'll ignite the fire deep within to light up the right path of life......
